How to put a dog tag on a pet collar

1. Unscrew the screw of the brass dog tag and bend the brass dog tag slightly to form a small arc. 2. Drill two holes on the collar of the dog with a hole punch. Note that the distance between the holes should be the same as the distance between the screw holes on the brass dog tag. Otherwise, the dog tag will not fit on the collar accurately.
3. Align the brass dog tag with the hole punched on the collar. Then use a screwdriver to screw on the screws of the brass dog tag, pay attention to tightening, to avoid loosening and slipping. It can also be screwed by hand, but it is safer to use a screwdriver.
4. Be careful to install the smoother side of the copper buckle on the side close to the dog's neck to prevent the screw from scratching the dog, and it will not make the dog feel that there is a foreign body in the neck and panic. If possible, you can polish it with sandpaper. Make the surface smoother.

5. Finally, after the brass dog tag is fixed, adjust the position of the dog tag along with the collar. And bend the arc together, try to adjust it to fit the curve of the dog's neck as much as possible. After making sure that you have adjusted it, you can put on a new collar for your dog.
